Nice employees, they won't push you to buy anything. Very clean, bright, & visually appealing. They will work with you on custom pieces until you are satisfied, I definitely recommend.

Went in for my inspection and thankful I did. They found that my main diamond was loose. Luckily the gentleman who fixes/repairs the jewelry, was on site and available to tighten it up. It took only a matter of minutes to have it fixed and back on my hand! Great customer service! I would highly recommend checking this jeweler out!

Walking by the store I noticed a picture of three rings and pointed out to my now fiance one that I really liked. He went in and talked to Shawn who showed him a custom made ring just like the one I liked. Shawn was amazing in helping him pick out the perfect center stone to match the beautiful band. I was both surprised and shocked as I was not expecting it at all. Thank you Shawn for all your help and for creating a beautiful set!

I can’t recommend this place enough!! My fiancé and I stopped when we started to look around and Noah was incredibly helpful while we were looking at different styles. About a year later we came in looking to upgrade my rings and we had a younger lady and Shawn help us. We all talked about different options and what was the best to go with. Shawn gave us an incredible deal on my dream ring and worked with us to get it perfect!! I’ll be recommending this place to everyone!

Me and my girlfriend went in to get some ideas for an engagement ring and just browse around. The owner, Shawn, quickly made us feel extremely welcome. He knew we were not looking to buy that day yet still took an hour out of his day to teach us everything there is to know about diamond rings. I was not expecting for someone to be that helpful and kind and to walk out of the store feeling like I know all there is to know about rings. He even recommended us to go and look at other jewelry stores to get more ideas of what we want. When we did go to other big name stores (like zales and Jared) we felt as if we knew more about diamonds than the salespeople thanks to Shawn. After talking with Shawn I knew I was not going to buy a ring anywhere else.

Fantastic Experience with Sean from Diamonds Forever USA. I had a fully custom designed Engagement Ring made by them and it turned out beyond what I could have imagined! Sean gave me an amazing price and a wonderfully engaged customer experience! I would definitely recommend, 10/10!!

I had such a wonderful experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, Noah and Shawn made me feel completely welcomed and cared for. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. You can tell they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make the experience special. They not only made sure I was informed during the process, but also were adaptive and worked with me to get the vision I truly wanted. I left not only with a beautiful piece of jewelry, but with the feeling that I was really valued. Highly recommend!

I custom-ordered this engagement ring for my girlfriend in December and it was ready for us within that month! Diamonds Forever has proven to be punctual in their custom orders. From the very beginning, this jeweler has been absolutely incredible. About two years ago, we made the drive to Toledo and literally walked into this one store — and I was instantly in love. I saw my engagement ring in the window and just knew it had to be mine. It was that moment you always hear about, and it was real. Since then, we’ve upgraded my ring, and now we’re currently waiting on a custom ring being made straight from New York! The entire process has been seamless every single time. The quality, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail — unmatched. The owner is truly a legend. He treats you like family, not just a customer.
